For questions about your online order, please email us with your order number at pomeflorals@gmail.com

Returns

Flowers are perishable and not eligible for return or full refund. In the event of death within 24 hours (complete failure) we can send a replacement or offer a store credit.

 

Please follow these stepS: 

1. Visit our flower care page for trouble shooting tips that can magically revive your flowers and to learn how to care for your blooms. 

2. If your blooms cannot be revived, you've cared for them properly and it's within 24 hours then email us or call us with your flower issues.

3.We ask that you please provide us a photograph of the damaged order as well. Customer service is a top priority of ours and we will do our best to make it right!

 

Note: delivery fees & processing fees are non-refundable.
